Renewed Relationships Counseling and Psychological Services Renewed Relationships is a counseling center that offers individual and couples counseling in the Brighton area.

Our counseling center provides individual, couples and family counseling for a wide range of concerns, including couples counseling, infertility, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and transitions. We offer appointments in the morning, afternoon, and evening during the week. We use a collaborative, direct approach that allows you to develop the skills necessary to make desired changes in your life. Together, our therapists will work with you to set treatment goals, work toward these goals, and eventually end treatment when you feel confident in your ability to continue with the gains you have made in therapy. Dr. Jennifer Mainka is a clinical psychologist and the clinic director. Her experiences have led her to specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families enhance relationships and alleviate fears and sadness. She also offers Christian therapy for individuals who wish to use Biblical principles and faith to aid in their growth. Our clinical staff includes therapists, counselors, and social workers with a wide range of clinical expertise. This includes working with children and families to address behavioral concerns, individually treating anxiety, trauma, and depression, and helping couples improve their communication and connection.
