Here at Hands on Health Chiropractic, our mission is to educate, inspire, and provide personalized, compassionate care for every patient. We’re dedicated to helping the residents of Brighton, MI, achieve a higher quality of life through the healing powers of chiropractic therapy, massages, nutrition, and wellness services.

Dr. Adam Rushford founded Hands On Health Chiropractic in 2013. From the ground level, we have built a talented team of doctors and therapists who treat patients with honesty, respect and are passionate about enriching our community. Together, our team has developed a multidisciplinary approach to improving patient health and well-being in a cutting-edge facility. This includes chiropractic care, spinal disc decompression therapy, cold laser therapy, functional nutrition, cupping therapy, Reiki, supplements, and massage therapy.
