I always make sure I have time to settle in to connect with my own guides and my client's energy prior to our session. Today is no different, I have been preparing and taking notes for a video session I have with a client. Grateful for those who trust me to be part of their healing journey 💜!

Life can be overwhelming at times, and we can find ourselves feeling very distant from the spiritual connections that we crave. This is exactly what I was feeling today, when the pain in my body was forcing me to have a very human experience.

The anxiety and heaviness of life felt a bit suffocating. The card today, that literally jumped out of the deck at me, was quite helpful in reminding me that this happens to all of us at times and that I have the power to realign myself and the tools to know how to get there.

The Celestine is helpful for connecting to higher consciousness, activating the 3rd eye, and strengthening the connection to our guardian angels.

Even when I'm not feeling as connected to the spirit world, they are constantly showing me that they are supporting me even with these small things.

Moving forward always means having to leave some of your past behind, unfortunately this doesn't always come easy for us. This is a reminder that in order to keep growing and becoming the best version of ourselves we need to loosen our grasp on the things from our past that are weighing us down.

Hematite helps us be more grounded and level headed creating an energetic space where we can feel strong, focused, and encouraged to take those steps towards personal growth.

Have you observed the energy all around us right now? The universe is prompting us to clear out old trauma and things that no longer serve us so that we can move forward into our next phase of healing. When I'm feeling stuck, I like to tune into my spirit guides and turn on my intuition to really "hear" what I'm being told. Today I decided to pull a card and crystal to see what the universe wants me to share with all of you.

Clear Quartz helps us cleanse, balance, and enhance our spiritual connection.

The mirror card serves as a reminder to first look inward to work on ourselves. Specifically clearing up anything from our past, old wounds and trauma, old grudges, it all needs to be shed.

The things that come forth during your session are often the things that need your attention the most. You will also be able to indicate if there are specific things you hope to work on during your session. Sessions may or may not include working with oils, crystals, cards or other spiritual tools to set the energy for your session.
