We offer Behavioral Health, Case Management, Community Health, Dental, Medical, Pharmacy, and a Fitness Center. We have a dedicated staff striving to make you comfortable during your visit with us. With our new pharmacy software, the previous mobile app and text messaging system are no longer active.

A new app and text messaging system have been set up. Text messaging is expected to be available soon and may depend on your phone carrier for activation.

Event rescheduled

We are so sorry to announce that tomorrow’s Moss Bag Workshop at the Bay Mills Cultural Center needs to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, our instructor has fallen ill and wants to ensure everyone stays healthy while also making sure they are well enough to provide the best instruction possible.
