I help overwhelmed Highly Sensitive People learn how to create calm confidence while learning to trust & respect themselves in all aspects of their lives. We meet for our sessions on a HIPPA compliant video platform where I listen deeply to help uncover deeply embedded beliefs that create dis-ease. We practice mindfulness while using guided meditations, somatic release & movement, psychosynthesis

, boundary work, and other helpful modalities to discover inner beliefs and systems that may be holding one back.
