The Warren Senior Center End-of-Summer Bash was a great time! A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a memorable event!” The Seniors enjoyed a Pizza & Salad Luncheon followed by ice cream novelty dessert sponsored by GreenTree.

Yesterday celebrated World's Seniors Citizens Day at Benjamin Church Senior Center where we sponsored their pizza luncheon. Thank you Donna for having us. We are looking forward to the next event.

Highlight of our week ! Some of Our portuguese ladies took a culinary trip to Portugal today, right here in Bristol at Cafe central!
They savored the flavors of authentic Portuguese cuisine, with baked stuffed shrimp,shrimp Mozambique and portuguese soup being the stars of the show. A taste of Portugal brought a whole lot of joy! 😋 .

Here is a snapshot of our delightful week at Dawn Hill! ☀️ We kicked things off with a performance by Gary and his guitar. 🎶 Some of our residents enjoyed a sunny picnic at Warren beach! Our men had a blast at their group with hot dogs, beer, pretzels, and more! 🌭
Snack carts have been rolling around with different treats daily and we are loving it! Our cooking club made some home made meatball subs that were delicious!! some fun with a game of noodle ball, plus our usual bingo, arts and crafts, and relaxing moments on our lovely patio. 🎨 What a week!

Dawn Hill Home just wrapped up a donkey-tastic week, and boy, was it a hoot! 🎉 Staff, residents, and the community joined in for a whirlwind of events. We're talking scavenger hunts, texas bingo,donkey tail floats for a snack,craft explosions, a themed luncheon that was off the charts, and raffle baskets galore! 🎁

But wait, there's more! We tipped our hats to the one and only Adriana, who's been taking care of our donkey pals day in and day out for the past 30 years—talk about dedication! 🏆 And let's not forget the entertainment, games, and prizes that kept everyone grinning from ear to ear all week long. 🥳

Big thanks to everyone who made Donkey Week at Dawn Hill Home an absolute blast! 🐴

🫏 The First-Ever Dawn Hill Donkey Bash Was a Hit! 🎉
We just wrapped up an unforgettable afternoon at our inaugural Donkey Bash—a joyful reminder of what community truly means.

At Dawn Hill, we believe that connection, compassion, and creativity are at the heart of great care. Events like this are more than just fun—they’re part of our ongoing commitment to being a solution in long-term care by nurturing not only our residents, but the relationships that support them.

With live music by Joey Marshall 🎶, a magician, balloon artist, and face painting 🎨, and activities led by our phenomenal staff, the day was packed with laughter and love.

We were honored to receive an official citation from Speaker of the House Joe Shekarchi, recognizing our efforts and the positive impact we’re making.

Special thanks to Representative Susan Donovan, Town Administrator Steve Contente, and Eric Dickervitz for showing up and showing support—you helped make this a true community celebration. 🏛️

Thank you to everyone who came out. Your presence affirms our mission: to care boldly, celebrate often, and always rise to meet the needs of those we serve. 💙
