It's my favorite time of the year! I love Fall and all things Halloween! However, with Fall comes shorter days and saying goodbye to Summer sun and natural Vitamin D. I would like to thank my customers for their support of my small business. It is a stressful time that we are all going through. It is my hope that we all stay safe during this time. At this time massage services in VA have been shut down by the governor. Hopefully this will all pass soon. I hope that we can all take this time to focus on what is important during this time and move forward the best we can. It is also important to focus on our health as well. Please use this time to exercise more, get adequate sleep, eat to nourish your bodies, try to keep stress level as low as possible and follow all guidelines to keep yourselves and your loved ones safe from this virus.
