Join Raven Moon, LLC for a great yoga class. 🧘‍♀️

Saturday is a big day for Raven Moon.
Two free Hatha Yoga Classes (10:00 am and 3:30 pm) and New Moon Yoga at 6:00 pm.

This new Harvest amoon Yoga with crystals class is a special class. We will share a candlelit yin practice focusing on the earth element.

This new moon is a time for rejuvenation, growth and reflection. As we celebrate coming closer to peak harvest season, it is time to focus on trust and routines.

This sweet practice will have a miniature sound bath.

Please message me to book your spot.

And if you’re curious, yes your body can do both a Hatha and Yin class on the same day.

$25 included yin yoga class, crystals, intention setting, and mini-sound bath.

As with all classes offered by Raven Moon, LLC in Ste. 104, mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters are provided for your use.
