Hi Yogis!
2021 Greetings to you. As the year ahead offers many new beginnings, you are invited to join me for Zoom yoga. Whatever your experience level, please come join All Level yoga 10 week series starting next week.
Classes twice a week. Tuesday 9:30CT, 8:30MT, 7:30PT and Thursday 5:30CT, 4:30MT, 3:30PT.
We have all been distracted and busy. This is a time to reset. The practice will give you the opportunity to focus on the most helpful and restorative poses. This will bring benefits to your body and soul.
Mark you calendar now for the following 10 weeks. Each classes will be one hour long.

Yoga for the People donates 100% of the class to charity. Suggested $5-10 for each class. At the end of the series, all money will be given to the Sharing Center, Kenosha, WI.
I will post the Zoom Link on the day of class. Please arrive 5 minutes before class time.
