As we approach the one-year anniversary of Ascending Hearts Wellness on December 1st, I’ve been reflecting on how much has blossomed and evolved this past year. There has been growth within our space, our community, and within myself.

I felt called to refresh my bio and share a few updates about my journey - the ways my path, my offerings, and my heart have continued to grow in service to healing and connection.

This season feels like both a celebration and a renewal. This is a moment to honor how far we’ve come and to open to what’s next with gratitude and Light.
