Gracie Love offers Traditional Thai Yoga Massage, Hypnotherapy, and Somatic healing in a peaceful private studio in Bristol RI
These sessions help regulate the nervous system, release emotional patterns, improve mobility, and restore balance mind & body. Susie’s yoga adventure began in 2008 at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Meditation. From the moment she stepped onto her first yoga mat, she knew her connection with life deepened. She knew all she was seeking was there within herself through movement with breath. In 2013, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa training at Thames Street Yoga in Newport, RI. Susie also received a 100-hour certification with Anodea Judith and Todd Norean for an advanced Chakra Yoga Teacher Training. Her drive for growth continues to bring her to learn and practice with many local and national teachers. Susie is an active Kundalini, Bikram and Vinyasa Flow practitioner. She compassionately believes it’s “All Yoga” and that “Yoga makes everything better”. In the summer of 2015, Susie journeyed to Satchidananda Ashram in Virginia…more commonly known as “Yogaville”. While studying there and receiving certification from Durgha Leila, founder of Yoga of Recovery, she became interested in bodywork. Susie is now a Bodyworker, Energy Worker and a certified Thai Massage Therapist with an advanced certification from the Thai Massage School Shivagakomarpaj & Old Medicine Hospital in ChiangMai, Thailand. She received her most recent training and certification while studying at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat Center in the Bahamas. There she successfully completed her training in Thai Yoga Massage Therapy with Kam Thye Chow, founder of the Lotus Palm Thai Massage School in Montreal, Canada.

Through gentle touch, movement, and breath awareness, the nervous system begins to regulate and the body remembers how to soften.

This work is not about “fixing” you.
It is about helping the body return to its natural state of balance.

People often ask what Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is and what it helps with.

Over time the body stores stress in the muscles, joints, and nervous system.

Long hours sitting, emotional stress, repetitive movement, and athletic training can leave the body feeling tight, heavy, and restricted.

Through assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, breath awareness, and gentle somatic healing techniques, the body is invited to release tension and return to its natural balance.

This work can help improve mobility, increase range of motion, support recovery, and bring the nervous system into a more relaxed and regulated state.

Clients often leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply restored.

✨ A space to slow down and reconnect. Anew chapter for Gracie Love ✨

Over the past months my work has been evolving in a beautiful way.

What began as Thai Yoga Bodywork has naturally expanded to include somatic healing and hypnotherapy.

These practices work together to support the nervous system, release old patterns, and reconnect us with the deeper wisdom within.

I’ve updated the website to reflect these offerings and created a few new healing experiences I’m very excited to share.

What I’ve learned is that our nervous system and subconscious patterns respond to safety, not pressure.

Real change doesn’t come from forcing or fixing, but from presence, consistency, and practice.

Healing isn’t instant — it’s a relationship we build with ourselves, over time.
