Deep tissue/pressure isn't always the answer which is why I combine modalities. In 20 years my body has taken a beating working for places and having clients that demanded it. There is so much more to the knots and tension clients have but the world doesn't teach them that. Luckily some of my clients are open to allowing me to combine sessions with energy work also to dive deeper to the root of the problem, energy work gets down to the emotional level to the nervous system, working on that is how is see the biggest changes in the body so I can do a regular massage that most want because they can feel it better and it makes more sense to their programming.

I never thought this day would arrive. But the day has come that, as in popular music, as in fast food—we have arrived at the point where we understand that the most popular massage is not the best…

It has officially been a year since I have been working at Integrated Health Concepts downstairs in the holistic center. We offer massage, acupuncture, breathwork, brain balancing, health coaching, Reiki, and soon chiropractic and cold laser massage. This was an answered prayer to work at a holistic clinic. All my clients love the clinic and all it has to offer. Upstairs is a medical clinic that offers a holistic approach and referes to the holistic practicioners in my office. It has been an amazing year working with everyone, it is such a calm relaxed atmosphere. I have had problems getting Google to verify my business so I could answer reviews and add pictures or even do adds, so a clients social media person finally figured it out. So now I am officially sharing the link for reviews for those who have seen me in the past and not done a review. Searches and reviews and word of mouth is how I and other businesses grow. So if you have not done a review I appreciate any kind words you have. I hope everyone has a blessed weekend.
