Status Update: As of May 27th, Newfound Fitness has moved out of the studio space in Danbury & will be closed for the summer.

Please check back after Labor Day for potential reopening updates!

Schedule Update:
Newfound Fitness is taking some much needed & well deserved time off this holiday weekend!

We will be closed Wednesday to Sunday.

Classes and training sessions will resume on the regular schedule Monday 11/29!

We hope all our clients and friends enjoy their time with their families!

Studio Update:

The heating system still hasn’t been hooked up in our space. With the days getting colder, we recommend checking back here for updates on all of our classes.

Until further notice, our Gentle Yoga class on Friday’s at 4pm will be Virtual ONLY.

We do regret any inconvenience this may cause our members. We hope to be able to offer this class in-person again & in a warm, comfortable environment very soon!
