Williams' personal experience following the premature birth of her son at 25 weeks gave her a profound and informed perspective on Western medical care. While the emergency care was remarkable, the four months spent in the hospital taught her much about the limitations of Western medicine and the potential of herbal medicine. She discreetly administered herbs through her breast milk, and her insti

nctive touch provided miraculous comfort. Years later, she realized her innate approach closely mirrored traditional medicine. She firmly believes that challenges and opportunities have guided her to where she is today. During the seizures caused by eclampsia at 25 weeks, she suffered a series of strokes and brain bleeds, which compounded previous brain injuries. Her journey towards recovery and improved function deeply informed her work with patients experiencing neurological issues, from acute events to neurodegenerative conditions. Dr. Williams specializes in complex internal integrative medicine and a variety of neurological presentations. She serve on an international committee for the Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine. Additionally, she is a professional presenter, published author, and a certified provider of CEUs/PDAs for NCCAOM.

Stop drinking out of thin cheap plastics. Both plastic bits and BpA are toxic. The BPA has estrogen like chemicals. Estrogen counters testosterone and depletes stores of iodine. I had deficiency causes cysts that impact s*x organs and thyroid. Her thyroid requires iodine to function. Your body does not make iodine. He must get it from consuming kelp or a kelp based supplement. Due to the storm in NC and the extremely dry weather for the past few months, so much plastic water is being consumed.

For those running relief centers, please consider getting rid of the plastic bottled water that’s been sitting outside for months. It is toxic.

For those who have good water, invest a few dollars in a good portable container that you can easily clean. This will actually save you a lot of money and your health.

For those who have more quality city water, use a filter and invest in a good quality, personal water container.

I am saying the ramifications of the dryness in clinic. It exacerbates every dysfunction in the body.

I’m also seeing much more gut brain neurological and neurodegenerative presentations in clinic. Feeling tired, weak, foggy headed, forgetful, emotional? This is just the beginning.

Water is critical, but once you are feeling very dry, water becomes a diuretic. Continue to drink it, but you also need some electrolytes. Fresh fruit is important. Broth soups are important.

Get a big pork or beef soup bone or a small chicken. Put in a pressure cooker. Fill the water to the top line. Add a little Celtic salt and a teaspoon of white vinegar. Cook on high pressure for one hour. Allow about 30 minutes or more to cool down before opening the lid. Strain out the broth. there will be enough broth for at least three meals.

Set aside, 2/3. You can save in the refrigerator for a couple of days, or you can freeze for the future.

With the other 1/3 broth, put into a pot.
Fast meal - add 1-2 tablespoons curry, and or canned coconut milk, and or can of cream mushroom soup, frozen dumplings or shu mai, and any kind of sautéed protein and or vegetable, mushrooms, etc

Stew - Add diced carrots, pre-boiled, chopped potatoes, sautéed beef/pork/onion/mushrooms, 2 cans beef consume, one jar tomato sauce, etc. salt, pepper, 🌶️, paprika, parsley, thyme, rosemary, etc

The brain may contain higher amounts of microplastics than other organs in the body, according to a new study. The average amount of microplastics found in brain tissue was equivalent to the amount found in a standard plastic spoon.

Researchers analyzed brain, liver and kidney samples from 47 cadavers. It is not yet known what specific health risk this amount of microplastics inside a person's blood stream could potentially have, the study says.

The study also found microplastic levels in the brain may possibly have increased by 50% since the last time a similar study was conducted in 2016. https://abcnews.visitlink.me/dZ-2NR
