Join us for a one-night-only core conditioning class that spotlights glute strength + stability – low-impact, upbeat, and all levels welcome (options and rests encouraged).

This class is donation-based to support our student Emily as she runs the NYC Marathon for the Herren Project 🧡

Suggested donation: $15–$25 (cash or Venmo) collected at class.

Our Core Fire Conditioning Teacher Training covers:

🔸Modules on class structure
🔸Common exercises, anatomy, and cueing
🔸Timing, music selection
🔸Class philosophy & professional ethics

Who it’s for: Passionate students, group-fitness pros, yoga teachers – anyone who loves the Core Fire vibe and wants to teach it.

We will be awarding THREE Diversity & Equity Scholarships for our 2026 program; we have two spots available for BIPOC individuals and one spot for transgender/non-binary applicants. Our goal is to foster diversity and help everyone feel welcome in our community!
