Man, does it feel good when you’re living in your purpose ❤️ with a fire in your belly 🔥 and words of truth and hope pouring through your lips to others who want to learn and grow and be a healthier version of themselves.

Thank you for this life, Lord. If not for the conviction you planted in my heart that your food is medicine, who knows what my health and my life would look like… not to mention the lives of many others who have benefited from the ripple effect.

“The journey to a healthy life is filled with simple steps.” — Me 😊

When I decided to eat less processed food and more real food, I knew I couldn’t do it all at once. So I chose ONE THING to start with. Once I felt confident with that, I took another step, and then another. And now today I am healthier than I ever expected to be!

What simple step can you take? What steps are you taking?

👉🏻Eat oatmeal or eggs instead of boxed cereal
👉🏻Drink a glass of water with each meal
👉🏻Go to bed 30 minutes earlier
👉🏻Start your day with a smoothie
👉🏻Choose whole wheat bread instead of white
👉🏻Avoid any products with high-fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils

Just 1️⃣ thing at a time will get you moving in the right direction.

PS My smoothie today is a classic peanut butter banana with chocolate plant protein. It’s like dessert for breakfast! PLUS, More plants = healthier gut, happier brain. 👍🏻
