Went to urgent care this morning. I tore the skin off of the bottom of my right big toe and think I have a pinched nerve in my neck causing pain in my left arm. No, I did not do it wrecking my new bicycle. LOL I did it trying to not fall off the roof!

I'm a diabetic and I suffer from pain, burning and itching in my feet, especially the right one which has some nerve damage due to a severe back injury that happened nearly 20 years ago.

I've tried all kinds of arch supports, creams, sprays, ointments and pain relievers, but, none have really helped much, if at all.

I read ads about Protalus insoles for plantar fascitis sufferers and thought them wayyyy too expensive to try.

A few weeks ago, I decided to splurge and ordered a pair.

I have to say, they work. They really do work.

I still have aches and pains in my back, but the pain and burning in my right foot has stopped.

$75 a pair may seem pricey, but that is a fraction of what diabetic shoes and insoles cost.

I like my Protalus inserts and I think you might too. I don't hurt any more. That's welll worth the cost of these inserts to me.
