the “why”

#4 the ones trying to live forever (or maybe just keep up with their kids) 😉

There’s a lot of these out there. You’re not quite young anymore. But you’re also not living in retirement. You are the in between. The ones fitting workouts in between kids practices or waking up at 5 am before work and family begin their tug. The ones who want to keep growing — and you are making sacrifices to do it. We love being able to support these patients. We are these patients.

Bristol is a good place to live and part of that is the people that take their talents, passions, and purpose to make it such. Dr. K feels that this is something he loves that also allows him to pour into the people who he calls neighbors and to the place he calls home ❤️

Have you ever seen Dr. K booking it out of the office around 12?!? Well, now you know why.

Does it matter? As a professional who uses their body to help others, impossible to do well without being physically active outside the office. As a teacher of holistic health, it starts with him. Practice what you preach. As a father and husband, being active leads to present and healthy relationships.

We also couldn’t shout out more to for being the kind of gym that really provides it all… challenge, fun, commhnity, support, and the chance to continually grow ❤️💪🏼
