@ Tri Star this is a pretty standard appointment. Stretching, fascial work, adjustments, and genuinely spending the time to show value to our patients ❤️

Have you ever seen Dr. K booking it out of the office around 12?!? Well, now you know why.

Does it matter? As a professional who uses their body to help others, impossible to do well without being physically active outside the office. As a teacher of holistic health, it starts with him. Practice what you preach. As a father and husband, being active leads to present and healthy relationships.

We also couldn’t shout out more to for being the kind of gym that really provides it all… challenge, fun, commhnity, support, and the chance to continually grow ❤️💪🏼
