Good news: I made a taxidermy fox skull

✨🌳 A Tree of Life… but make it ✨neon✨ 🌳✨
This piece was such a joy to watch come to life—made with Red Heart Super Saver Jumbo Stripes in the Neon Stripe colorway, which means every twist and turn of the tree created its own totally unique color story 🌈 No two sections are the same, and honestly… I couldn’t have planned it better if I tried.
She’s bold, she’s bright, she’s a little chaotic (in the best way), and she’ll be looking for her forever home this weekend 💫

The gnome garden is growing again 🌱
This week’s bloom squad includes:
🌺 Poppy Gnome — dressed in leafy green with two bright poppies sprouting from his hat
🌻 Sunflower Gnome — rocking a full upside-down sunflower hat like he’s the mayor of the flower patch
Both of these little guys are heading to this week and will be available for purchase.
If they wander off before you snag one, don’t worry — I’ll also have a few flower gnomes (in other bloom styles too!) with me at the Made in SWVA: Spring Market on April 11.

I had the chance to test out some really awesome 3D printed crochet hook handles and I’m officially a fan. 🧶✨
These handles are printed to fit whatever size metal hook you want to use. When they arrive, you just pop your hook in for an easy loose fit so you can swap hooks whenever you like. If you prefer something more secure, there are instructions included for making it a snug fit—or you can do what I did and add a tiny drop of glue to make it permanent.
They come in several color options and two different grip styles: Phat and Slim. Both are super lightweight and comfortable to hold, which makes a huge difference during long crochet sessions.
Personally, I have very tight tension, and the Phat grip actually helped relax my grip a bit while stitching. I can’t promise it’ll work the same magic for everyone, but if you struggle with tight tension it might definitely be worth trying the Phat grip to see if it helps.

It’s not easy being green… but it is adorable 🐸💚
These two swamp sweethearts just finished their pattern test era and are ready to trade mud baths for market tables. Meet this fierce redheaded queen and her boot-scootin’, sword-swingin’ sidekick — stitched up from the “Ogre Family” pattern (which includes SIX whole fairytale troublemakers 👀).
I had so much fun bringing these bog-dwelling besties to life — from tiny boots made for adventuring to fiery hair that refuses to be tamed. 10/10 would protect this swamp royalty again.

✨ Quilling… but make it crochet ✨
You may remember the hedgehog I made in this paper-quilled inspired style a few months ago, well has kicked it up a notch!
Introducing this regal little peacock 🦚💙
All those swirls and coils are crocheted to mimic the look of paper quilling — but with yarn instead of paper. The texture in this one makes my artsy heart so happy.
This beauty will be heading to at my next restock at the end of February, so if you’ve been loving this style… keep your eyes peeled 👀✨
