CrossFit RAZE is not your typical gym and we are not like any other Bootcamp or CrossFit Gym around. You won't have to worry about walking into a huge class of perfectly sculpted athletes or wonder if you'll even be able to make it through the first workout. Instead, you'll be greeted by trainers who understand how intimidating it can be to just walk through the doors (yes, we've been there!). Trainers who will work with you personally during the whole class, prepare a workout specifically for your needs and be there to guide you continuously through your fitness transformation. Trainers who will believe in you, even when you may have stopped believing in yourself.

10 Rounds
10 stone over the shoulder
5 burpees
5 stone front squats
100ft tire sled pull
100ft tire sled carry

Let me know in the group if you’re coming so I can plan parking. We can easily share stones and sleds on this one if needed, trust me you’re going to want the rest! I also have heavier stones not pictured if you’re wanting to dial it up to beast mode 💪 🪨

Almost two years in and I feel awesome! So glad to have found the proper human diet. No more guess work, counting macros or feeling deprived. When you eat how your designed to eat as a species you don’t need to have a diet “plan”. A lion does not need to be told what to eat or when to stop eating, right? It’s the same for all species including humans if they are eating what they are designed to eat.

Too bad I did not understand the science behind the Carnivore Diet back when I had RAZE or we would have had many, many Carnivore challenges 🥩 🍳 🥓 💪

There is NO such thing as an essential carbohydrate. The only essential nutrients are protein and fat. You absolutely never need to eat a carbohydrate to survive or thrive. The little carbohydrate our body needs for some processes can be produced endogenously. But, if you fail to consume fat and/or protein you will die.

If you’re interested in joining us for our Just, Ruck tomorrow shoot me a message! (Note: This is not a coached workout, just a group of RAZE friends getting together to motivate each other in life and fitness!)

Just, Ruck.
2-or-4-or-6-or- 8 rounds for time
-90 second rest between rounds
-time is final time on clock (do not subtract rest times)
-AHAP: If you can run, it’s not heavy enough!
-Pick your poison: use a traditional backpack ruck weight, pull a sled, farmers carry, chains, tires, fence posts… bring your own or I have lots of fun options to choose from! Grab an extra heavy weight and team up with a partner to share the load!
-terrain will be uneven so hiking shoes will work best
