CrossFit RAZE is not your typical gym and we are not like any other Bootcamp or CrossFit Gym around. You won't have to worry about walking into a huge class of perfectly sculpted athletes or wonder if you'll even be able to make it through the first workout. Instead, you'll be greeted by trainers who understand how intimidating it can be to just walk through the doors (yes, we've been there!). Trainers who will work with you personally during the whole class, prepare a workout specifically for your needs and be there to guide you continuously through your fitness transformation. Trainers who will believe in you, even when you may have stopped believing in yourself.

Diabetes isn’t an accident. It’s a business model.

⚠️ Big Food sells ultra-processed products that drive obesity and type 2 diabetes.
⚠️ Big Pharma profits by treating the complications for life.

The cycle can be broken. It starts with real food, real change, real hope.

That’s why the American Diabetes Society is powered by people, not junk food corporations.

Share this if you believe people deserve truth, not profit-driven “care.”

Yes, our bodies have figured out how to survive lean times off of non-animal foods such as beans, tubers, fruits and vegetables. This is one reason we are at the top of the food chain. But if you focus your nutrition on survival foods, you will do just that… survive and not thrive.

Agreed! Those fat people you see still working and feeling well and not having issues with diabetes and other health related disease… THEY ARE GENETICALLY SUPERIOR! If someone can get fat easily this means their ancestors were well prepared for a famine, therefore they have strong survival genetics. And if it is you or someone you know that is fat and you still feel mentally and physically well, can still workout well, are productive in life and rarely are sick… THIS IS GENETIC SUPERIORITY! People like this can throw insult after insult to their mitochondria and their body yet their body still has found a way to push on and function well without falling ill with disease or cancer. But, be warned, this won’t last forever. This can actually be a curse since people with these genetics will often push their strong insult limits too far as they don’t think anything will happen… but, even though their limits may go longer than some, there is always a limit. And when they get to that limit, *possible* healing (if the mitochondria is not too far damaged and can still repair itself) can often be much more difficult than others because their body and mitochondria are so far deteriorated and has absolutely no “savings” left to fight anymore. Fat and feeling good?… how long are you willing to keep gambling?

All glucose. The body turns all carbs, sugars, fructose into glucose. It’s the same if it’s pure sugar, fruit, bread, beans, rice or a potato as the body turns it all into glucose. When the glucose is in your body if insulin is up (which it is all the time if you eat carbs) you will store that glucose as fat as insulin tells your body to store it, insulin is the storage signal hormone. Your body works hard quickly to get anything more that 4 teaspoons of sugar out of your blood because anything more is poison. So it stores it as fat. Solutions? Exercise the s**t out of yourself every day to burn all that glucose and send it to the muscles before your body can store it (better be ready for hours upon hours a day of weightlifting and cardio, good luck!) or stop feeding your body useless, anti-nutrient carbohydrates and let your body use your fat to be consumed for fuel (protein cannot be used for fuel and excess will be turned into glucose)! Side note: there is absolutely NO amount of carbohydrate/sugar/fiber that is needed by the body. None are necessary nutrients. But fat and protein are necessary for survival. Meat has every single nutrient, mineral, fat and protein needed by humans to not just survive, but thrive… but you have to eat the fat with the meat, there’s a reason nature provides it together. 🥩

🚨 The Fiber Myth 🚨

I’m almost 900 days on Carnivore. No plants. No fiber. And guess what? I’m perfectly regular. Yet people still exclaim: “But you NEED fiber!!!”

Here’s the reality:
👉 Fiber is completely non-essential.
👉 It’s indigestible—our bodies can’t even use it.
👉 The only reason people think they need it is because they’re eating things I hesitate to even call “food.” Their digestion is so wrecked that they have to mix in filler just to force it through their system.

At that point, you might as well eat some sawdust… or just eat the toilet paper itself.

What other species on earth has to add indigestible and non-essential material to its natural diet just to go to the bathroom? (Thats crazy!) None. Because every other species is eating a proper, species-appropriate diet.

So no, I don’t need fiber. And neither does anyone else eating the foods we were actually designed to thrive on.

💭 Do you think we’ve been completely misled about fiber?

Inflammation? Stinging pain in your toes and feet that comes and goes? Achy joints and hips? Cloudy eyes, brain fog? Having the urge to p*e all the time? Kidney stones? It’s very possible oxalates are the culprit.

The biggest complaint I received from my athletes at RAZE was inflammation. Unfortunately, I did not have the knowledge of oxalates back then and feel if I had known more I could have offered better dietary recommendations.

When I went carnivore almost 2 years ago, I had oxalate dumping. Again, I did not know about oxalates then either and could have avoided the dumping by gradually changing my dietary intake instead of jumping right into it.

Oxalates are poison to all bodies and if your not ready to go full carnivore just yet, reducing high oxalate food will make a tremendous difference in reducing your inflammation (eventually going full carnivore will in most cases completely eliminate your inflammation!)

Avoid list, high oxalates foods: spinach, beets, chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, turmeric, dark chocolate, tea.

Safe low oxalate foods: iceberg lettuce, p*eled cucumber, zucchini (p*eled and seeds removed) cabbage, mushrooms, cauliflower
