FAQs:
*How do I purchase a KangaRootique product?*
The easiest way to purchase is via our website (www.kangarootique.com). You can also order via our Etsy shop but the turnaround time will be a bit longer. For all custom orders, feel free to message us here.

*How do I pay?*
On our website, all forms of payment are accepted. For all orders placed via our FB page, Paypal is the only form of payment accepted.

*What is your turnaround time?*
Current turnaround time for all points of purchase is between 1-2 weeks. If your item is customizable or exceptionally large, expect your order to take the full two weeks. All orders will include a tracking number.

*What are your shipping charges?*
Most orders under 16oz will be around $4 to ship. If the weight exceeds 16oz, your order will have to be shipped Priority Mail for $9+. International shipping prices vary upon the country.

*How do I choose my fabric choices for custom orders?*
Custom orders are just that - custom! We no longer keep an updated fabric album here simply because the fabrics change so often. However, if the premade version is still listed on the website or Etsy shop, there *should* be enough of that fabric to make your custom order. We are also happy to order whatever pattern choice you'd like with the understanding that any additional charge would be your responsibility.

*What if my belt doesn't fit upon arrival?*
All listings on the website and Etsy shop contain directions for how to measure for the perfect belt fitting (vests also.) Please do not guess or assume what size is needed - this is the reason for 99% of belt issues. If you need additional help measuring, please message us. As most of our products are considered personal hygiene products, we are not able to refund or exchange them.

*Do you offer embroidery on belts or other items? Embroidery is an option for belts, some pads, syringe rolls, insulated bag covers, and occasionally other products, depending on the material. Embroidery is an add-on option in the Etsy shop, but will require a custom order on the website.

*What is your return/refund policy? As previously mentioned, KangaRootique products are considered personal hygiene products and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If for some reason an order were to be delivered defective (ie: a snap falls off), please contact us for a replacement. It is important to read through each listing for proper measuring or use of a product so you can get the most out of your order. The original item will need to be returned to receive a replacement.

FAQs: *How do I purchase a KangaRoo-tique product? Once you have decided what you want to order, message here or email at kangaroo_tique@yahoo.com with the details of your order - what you want, what fabrics you want, and if necessary, the measurements of your child (for belts and vests.) *How do I pay? At this time, Paypal is the only form of payment that KangaRoo-tique is able to accept. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with your debit or credit card via PayPal. KangaRoo-tique will invoice you after your order has been placed. Prompt payment is appreciated and necessary for a quick turnaround. *What is your turnaround time? Personal customers of KangaRoo-tique (not including sponsorships) will have your product(s) made and shipped within 2-5 business days of payment. *What are your shipping charges? G-tube pad/belt shipments are $3-4. Other products depend upon the weight of the finished package. Please message me if you have any questions about shipping charges for a potential order. KangaRoo-tique is happy to ship internationally, but please contact me before ordering if you live outside the US. *Do I have to choose the same fabric for all of my Roo-pads? Not at all! While some people like to have all of their fabric matching, others do not. You are welcome to pick a different fabric for every Roo-pad if you desire. *What will happen if my order does not arrive? This rarely happens. All orders include a tracking number and most US orders arrive within 5-7 business days. If for some reason your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact me and I will be happy to work something out with you. *What if my belt doesn't fit upon arrival? When measuring your child (or yourself) for a belt, please measure from a SITTING position, around the belly where the tube sits. Do not add anything, as I add a few extra inches to custom belts for future growth. This is important, since my products are of a personal nature and I cannot accept returns on them. If the mis-measurement is my fault, I will remake the belt for you upon receipt of the other belt. *Do you offer embroidery on belts or other items? Not at this time. I hope to be able to offer this in the future.

*What is your return/refund policy? KangaRoo-tique does not offer refunds. Returns may only be made if the product arrives defective. It is up to KangaRoo-tique's discretion if a replacement will be sent or original item will be repaired. Original item MUST be returned before a replacement can be sent. Original item MUST be returned within 3 days of delivery (please include a tracking number.) KangaRoo-tique prices are as follows: *Roo-pads are $15 for a set of 7 and are available in 2”, 2.5”, and 3.” Snap closure only unless velcro is requested prior to payment. *Roo-belts up to 25" are $25; above 25" will be $35. Belts will include velcro window and closure, 2 velcro line-tamers, and elastic for best fit. *Trach pads (3" or 4") are $15 for a set of 6. Snap closure unless velcro is requested prior to payment. *Weighted blankets and vests - please email for price, as these vary a lot. *Cooling vests - prices range for sizes 2T-12. Ice packs and shipping included in price.

*Reusable snack/sandwich/quart bags - save money and the environment with these reusable/washable baggies - prices range from $2-5.

*Roo-belt extender - these can give you an additional 6” to the life of your favorite belt -- $6.
