As the year winds down and winter's stillness sets in, we invite you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet radiance that lives within. This will be a gentle, heart-centered evening of Reiki-infused sound healing with a guided meditation, designed to help you release the heaviness and stress of the season and return to your own inner glow and luminosity. Through a blend of restorative soundscapes—crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, drums, and chimes—and the subtle energy of Reiki, you’ll be guided into a deeply meditative state where healing, illumination, and peace can emerge.

This experience offers a sacred space to:
🕯️ Rest and restore your nervous system
🕯️ Awaken and honor your inner light
🕯️ Let go of stress and emotional burdens
🕯️ Receive the healing energy of Reiki in a supportive group setting

How to Prepare: We will have yoga mats and blankets available but you may want to bring a pillow, eye mask, journal, water, and anything else that helps you feel warm and comfortable.
