Whether it’s completing an IronMan Triathlon, walking your first 5K, or being able to pick up your grandkids, we offer cutting-edge treatment in a warm and welcoming environment. We are creatures of movement. We move, and we all have one ideal, optimal way of moving. Over the years, injuries, work demands, accidents, surgeries, athletics and stress alter our optimal movement pattern. This creates compensation, requiring some joints and muscles to work harder than others. Ultimately, this will lead to injury and pain. Treating the pain can be as simple as resting and icing. But are you really fixing the problem? The answer is an intuitive and resounding, “no.” The compensations are still there. The altered movement patterns are still there. And the pain will return. Treating the problem involves three steps:

1. Repair. Treat the injury. Whether it is a tendonitis, a sprain, or chronic back pain, there is a proactive treatment option to all injuries. Bristol Chiropractic focuses on chiropractic manipulation, ART, Kinesiotape, and other tools that will enhance and support the body’s natural healing path.

2. Restore. Combining a thorough evaluation with a specific and custom treatment plan restores normal motion and health to the affected areas.

3. Excel. Whether an elite athlete or a first time runner, there are always areas of weakness that can be strengthened. Targeted and individual rehabilitative exercises are intended to identify and fill these “gaps” in your overall strength, and compliment your existing exercise routine. Your overall strength and stability will be greater simply by addressing the weak areas.
