You will need a towel or a mat and some water for class. yoga classes are suited to all ages and abilities.

Tuesdays & Thursdays and Saturdays at 8-9am July-September

October- June pop up Saturday noon class weather permitting. January-March Yurt Yoga classes at Hidden Valley Nature Center. see website for dates and registration. Drop in price is $15 per class or 5 classes for $60.
