The home is also 2 minutes away from theme parks, hair salons, a host of restaurants, several shopping stores, and 5 minutes away from 2 major hospitals. ch includes nice back patio attached to the home. The AFH has 3 bedrooms which one bedroom is shared room, 2 private rooms for residents. The rooms includes: a dresser, a bed, nightstand. The AFH has a nice size living room with an activity corner and next to a big open floor family style eat-in kitchen. The home will admit ambulatory residents at this time. Our home will provide excellent quality care for 1-4 residents in a home at a time and that are classified by the State of Wisconsin with one or more of the followings:

• Developmentally Disabled (DD)
• Advanced Aged (AA)
• Physical Disabled (PD)
• Irreversible Alzheimer’s/Dementia (ALZ)
• Emotionally Disturb/Mentally Illness
• Respite Care
