It's time for a long overdue update! Below you will find the current insurance panels in which I'm still active.
Current Insurance Accepted: Aetna, Allied Benefits, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, ChampVa, Farm Bureau Health Plans, GEHA, Humana, Optum Health, Medicare, Optum EAP, Rural Carrier Benefits Plan, UHSS, United Behavioral Health.
Beginning in September, I will be offering another alternative of services in concierge style for those of you who are interested in keeping to a more private experience rather than using health insurance:
Concierge Services: (Non-Insurance)
RETAINER FEE: $200
BRONZE: Clinical interview, which includes a thorough psychosocial and medical history, specific assessments using measures tailored to your needs, and one follow-up session to review results of evaluation and recommendations for treatment or accommodations- $ 800
SILVER: All of the above, PLUS a written report, summarizing results of evaluation, diagnoses, and recommendations for treatment and/or accommodations- $1200
GOLD: All of the above, PLUS a written report, summarizing results of evaluation, diagnoses, and recommendations for treatment and/or accommodations, PLUS 6 individualized psychotherapy/treatment sessions- $2100
Any additional therapy appointments- $ 150 each
What are the benefits of Concierge Services? Faster appointment services (within a day or few days), direct phone, text, or email access, more time for deeper work, or integration of multiple approaches, no diagnostic labels, higher confidentiality, more discreet experience.
