Each private apartment also includes emergency pull cords that link you to our management team 24 hours a day. Your monthly rent includes three chef-prepared meals daily, transportation, exciting events and activities, and weekly housekeeping, so you can enjoy your retirement. Residents and guests enjoyed entertainment by senior dance troupe, The Happy Hoofers, proving that you can enjoy dance at ANY age! The entertainment went on with music by Steve Minter, while feasting on tasty BBQ dishes by Chef Nadia and the Capitol Ridge culinary team, providing a rootin' tootin' good time at our Country Western BBQ.

Bristow’s newest and best option for independent retirement living is coming soon! You may have noticed the construction at 12751 Sudley Manor Dr, and while the building itself is top quality, we will offer so much more than a place to live.

At Capitol Ridge, all utilities except telephone will be included in one reasonable monthly rent. We’ll also take care of the cooking, housekeeping, and local transportation, leaving you the time to enjoy your retirement.
