Hart4Recovery offers person-centered, recovery-oriented outpatient behavioral health psychotherapy, rehab, and case management for Sooner Care recipients of all ages in the Pottawatomie, Lincoln, Oklahoma, and Cleveland County area.
Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, emotional disturbances, sleep disturbances, substance abuse recovery and relapse prevention, mental illness recovery and symptom management, autism, ADHD, conflict resolution, communication skill development, interpersonal skill development, coping skill development, role performance issues, and much more!
Hart4Recovery also provides Integrative Wellness Life Coaching to anyone in need of a lifestyle mentor and/or guide toward achieving holistic mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual life balance. Insurance restrictions do not apply to this service. This service is also not restricted to face-to-face sessions. Coaching sessions can take place by way of telephone, video chat (Skype, FaceTime), or face-to-face.
