Celebrating our dynamic husband & wife duo who both had amazing improvements in their bone density! ❤️💪🦴

Deb had an increase in her spine, as well as both hips - including the femoral neck regions. Notably an 11.9% gain in her lumbar spine (no more osteoporosis!), up 5.9% in her right hip, and up 8.6% in her left hip!

John had gains in all areas as well, with a 7.3% gain in his lumbar spine, up 5.1% in the right hip and up 3.4% in the left hip!

We love celebrating these successes and are grateful to Deb & John for sharing their journey to help inspire others!

Both have been attending OsteoStrong for 2 years and are not taking any bone pharmaceuticals.
