James Haynes came to us following a long hospitalization. He was dependent for all ADL tasks as well as transfers and mobility.

He can now stand by himself and walk 40-60feet with the use of a walker.

Hi is able to transfer himself and complete majority of his ADL tasks with minimal help from others.

He has made wonderful progress and we are so excited to see him go home!
