Hi Scrubbies! Let’s talk about practicing patience in parenthood (try saying that 3x fast). This is the journey that I am currently on and it’s no easy task. Though my oldest is four years old, I am just now actively practicing patience. There was a quote on instagram that said “ your children will learn how to act when they get frustrated by watching how YOU act when you get frustrated” and it really was an eye opener for me....

Hey Scrubbies! As this year comes to an end I think many of us can agree, it’s been a wild ride. Despite the highs and lows there is always something you can learn from life’s experiences. As we grow older, the hope is that we also grow wiser by incorporating what we’ve learned into our future practices. This week I’d like to share my five takeaways from the year and what I’m looking forward to in 2024....
