But it’s more about doing more than your body can currently handle.

... it’s about moving with ease through your day.

Getting off the floor without pain. Walking up stairs without pain. Carrying groceries in one trip. Carrying your kids. Feeling strong and capable in your body.

This week, focus on function over intensity. Move well, breathe deep, and give your body what it actually needs.

For years I thought strength was only about pushing harder.

But real strength isn’t about tension — it’s about balance.

That’s why I combine lifting, yoga, and meditation.
Because we can be more powerful when we learn to find calm inside.

Yoga teaches us better body awareness and meditation helps us to find the calm inside despite the noise in our heads.

Strength training is more effective when we have better body awareness and focus on our movements.

So for me... It's not about mindlessly pumping iron 😅 it's about moving with awareness and finding balance, both inside and in my training and life.

I used to think rest was a waste of time. 💤
If I wasn’t training, running, or moving, I felt like I was “falling behind.”

But here’s what I’ve learned: sometimes, rest is the most productive activity you can do. 🌿

Recovery isn’t weakness — it’s where your body rebuilds, your mind resets, and your energy grows.
