Brockton Neighborhood Health Center (BNHC) has proudly served Brockton and surrounding communities for over 30 years. We are a multicultural organization that collaborates with community agencies and residents to provide high-quality, comprehensive healthcare that is linguistically, culturally, and financially accessible. Our mission emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, and health equity.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
BNHC is excited to launch its Post-Graduate Nurse Practitioner (NP) Residency Program in Fall 2026, recognizing the complexity of primary care and the exceptional care NPs provide. This is a 12-month, full-time postgraduate residency followed by an additional 12 months of service at BNHC, offering a unique opportunity to strengthen clinical skills, gain confidence, and transition into independent primary care practice.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
✔ 24-Month Commitment
• 12-month NP residency
• Followed by 12 months of continued service with mentorship.
✔ Full-Time Employment
· Residents remain BNHC employees for all 24 months
· Salary and full benefits provided
· Opportunity for permanent hire as a staff NP upon completion
