Join Us for a Powerful Day of Recovery, Truth, and Hope
Stairway to Recovery is proud to host a special community screening of the documentary Recovery City on April 10th.
Set in Worcester, Massachusetts, Recovery City takes a raw and powerful look at what recovery truly looks like through the lived experiences of women who have faced substance use disorder, stigma, trauma, and the fight to rebuild their lives. Their stories are real, unfiltered, and deeply inspiring. It shows the strength, resilience, and power of peer support in action.
After the documentary, stay with us for a live Q&A with individuals featured in the film, offering a unique opportunity to hear firsthand about their journeys, their work on the frontlines of recovery, and the hope that continues to grow in recovery communities across Massachusetts.
This event is free and open to all Gándara Peer Recovery Support Centers, staff, members, and the Brockton community. A small luncheon will be served to those in attendance.
