I want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who participated in our very first Health Fair hosted by Senior First Elevation Homecare Agency.
It was truly inspiring to come together and have powerful conversations around population health, mental health, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and depression. These are real issues affecting our communities, and together, we are creating awareness and solutions.
This event was more than just a gathering—it was a safe and empowering space where we shared experiences, learned from one another, and uplifted our community.
I am truly humbled and grateful for every individual, vendor, and supporter who made this event a success. This is just the beginning… 💙💚
