We are direct in-network providers for most vision insurance plans including VSP, Tricare, Block Vision, EyeMed, Vision Insurance Plan of America, NVA, Optum Health Vision Plan, etc. We accept most medical insurance plans such as Medicare, Dean, Physicians Plus, Unity, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, Humana, Community Connect Health Plan, etc.

I’m participating in a 5k in Chicago next weekend to support the Brain Tumor Association.

My girlfriend Jessie’s dad passed away in 2021 after a 25-year battle with a brain tumor and another rare disease. A few months later, she took a job at the ABTA to support their important mission and to help other families.

The ABTA was founded 50 years ago and is the nation’s largest non-profit organization funding novel brain tumor research and providing support services to patients and caregivers.

As an optometrist, I’ve identified patients with brain tumors while in my office. It’s a terrible disease that needs more awareness and research to find a cure.

If you’re able, I would appreciate any support of my fundraiser before April 30. Thank you in advance!
