I have had the most fantastic opportunity to work at Pleasant Valley Chiropractic Center in Brodheadsville PA for the past 2 years. I am a licensed massage therapist focusing on neuromuscular deep tissue therapy. It's my own business working alongside Dr Michael Frigiola, the best chiropractor around! Last month was a record breaking month with 68 massages. I'm blessed to have the most incredible clientele and God has blessed me with a passion and a gift of caring and helping others to heal👐😁

Working on a client who had contracted muscles (knots) in mid back. We were able to correct the belly of the muscle and have started treating the origin and insertion of semispinalis cervicis. This client will have tremendous relief if we can release this muscle at each end!

Ever wonder why people suffer from sciatic pain? This pesky little muscle can cause sciatic syndrome as well as hip and knee issues. Piriformis is a stablizing muscle connecting the sacrum(lower fused portion of the spine) with the head of the femor bone(large upper thigh bone). When this little guy is contracted and won't release it can cause a number of problems. Therapeutic massage can make a tremendous difference in your muscle and structural health.
