Kristin has always had a passion to improve the lives of others. Spending 20 years in the corporate healthcare industry drove that passion to grow! In 2021 when the world slowed down she pursued holistic healthcare through Herbal medicine and the power of nature. This journey and time to reflect led her to her calling to improve the quality of life of our community through the power of touch pursuing a career and professional license in Massage Therapy.

Is your bed helping or hurting your sleep?

Recently, I had an epiphany that I need better, more restful sleep so I can heal faster and more completely between adjustments.

After much research and many rotations trying different mattresses in the stores, I decided on a Sleep Number bed.

The customer service was impeccable and it comes with a 15 year warranty.

If you are in the market for a mattress, give them serious consideration, ask for Steve in Whitehall, and mention my name.

X rays.

Why is it so important to take them?

In the past, have you had pain that just won't go away? Have you tried countless therapies and remedies without success?
