Propel Physical Therapy, located at 24216 E. Highway 51 in Broken Arrow’s Oneta Square, is locally owned and operated by Vincent Frisillo of Coweta. Vincent has worked in orthopedic physical therapy for 23 years and opened his own outpatient physical therapy clinic in the Summer of 2023. He joined the Coweta Chamber in August.
The physical therapist specializes in orthopedics, fall prevention and balance training, pre- and post-op rehabilitation and vestibular therapy. His therapy is offered in a nice open concept. Rather than seeing 40 patients a day, he spends more time with the clients he serves.
“As our population gets older and larger, we see a lot more falls. We work on fall prevention, reconditioning, balance and gait issues. We have also started doing more to address the dizzy spells people get and work on ways to fix that. Sometimes these all overlap,” Frisillo said. “I am more of the strength and conditioning functional type. It’s great that you can lift 100 pounds, but if you can’t carry it, what’s the point?"
