Our Escape Rooms are Back!!!

Escape the Glitch – A Tech-Inspired Mental Wellness Escape Room

Step into Escape the Glitch, an interactive experience where technology meets mental wellness.
Brought to you by TraMcK Connections in partnership with Tulsa Tech Week 2025, this immersive escape room challenges you to solve puzzles, crack codes, and “debug” your mind — all while learning strategies to beat burnout, stress, and digital overload.

You’ll work with a team to move through two connected rooms, each filled with clues, challenges, and “glitches” that must be fixed before time runs out. Along the way, you’ll discover practical mental wellness tools that you can apply in real life.

💼 Bonus for Professionals: Complete the experience and earn 1 Continuing Education (CE) credit for your participation.
