Fun Fact of the Day:

Did you know that the emotion of sadness shows a direct connection to histamine production and allergy response in the body??? 🤯

I’m sifting through a Clinical Hypnosis Medical Studies database today and came upon that gem. Apparently, participants were hypnotized to bring up a range of emotions and the only emotion with a significant histamine response was sadness and it showed a clear connection between the emotion and the body response.
