-Acting as a team member with other medical staff, the Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant will travel by car to locations throughout the metro or other regions of Oklahoma to assist nurses as they provide routine vaccinations and wellness services to individuals at their places of employment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Phlebotomy, MA, CNA, or Patient Care Tech certification (preferred)
Own a smartphone - used for GPS and time clock
Checking bank account to receive direct deposits on a biweekly basis
Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
CPR certification (optional)

-This is a seasonal contract (August through December) Full time employment requires working 4 full days per week. Minimal Part-time employment requires working 2 full days per week. (No partial days are available at this time).
Passport Health Oklahoma specializes in on-site immunization and wellness clinics for state/local government offices, school districts, and private corporations. We are currently searching for nurses (RN and LPN) who will help us improve community health through vaccination and education at the workplace.
Job Summary:
Passport Health Nurses provide comprehensive consultations that are tailored to each client. This consultation includes educating the client on what vaccines are recommended and administering the vaccines. Acting as a team member with other nurses or independently, Passport Health nurses travel by car to locations throughout the metro or other regions of Oklahoma to provide routine vaccinations and wellness services.

The Tulsa Health Department said a mumps outbreak has been confirmed in Tulsa County. Eight cases have been identified including one at the Owasso 7th Grade Center.
