SJS Hospitality is a hotel lodging company specializing in owning and operating premier hotel properties across the Tulsa region. Operating from the company’s motto “Our commodity is hotel rooms but our product is hospitality,” each SJS team member strives to offer excellent customer service to each guest on a daily basis. Courtyard by Marriott – Tulsa Downtown

The Courtyard by Marriott is located the historic Atlas Life Building in Downtown Tulsa. The hotel opened in the summer of 2010 and received international recognition by being named the Marriott’s Best Adaptive Reuse project. The hotel is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places with the check-in lobby and bistro located on the second floor and the first floor retaining the original art deco architecture. The 119 room hotel features beautiful views of downtown Tulsa and within steps from numerous amenities and entertainment. For special occasions, reserve a room in the Atlas Suite, a nearly 1,200 sq. two bedroom, two and half bath suite with a wet bar, dining table and spacious living room with a large flat screen TV. The Courtyard Bistro offers a full bar, Starbucks coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The first floor hosts numerous restaurant and retail, including the iconic Tulsa Press Club, Atlas Life Grill, Courtyard Deli, Supercuts, a pottery studio, art galleries and a smoke shop. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Bass Pro in Broken Arrow, OK. This 121 room hotel offers a variety of guest rooms, including upscale suites for the corporate traveler to families traveling with children. Amenities include on site business center, breakfast buffet, wireless access in all rooms, in door heated pool, 9 hole putt putt course all complimentary to our guests. In addition, the hotel features a meeting room equipped to handle executive style meetings of up to 25 persons. Easy access off Highway 51 - Elm Street Exit along with the up and coming restaurants and retail are sure to satisfy our guests. The TownePlace Suites by Marriott - Broken Arrow opened in December 2008. As Broken Arrow’s newest extended stay hotel, this Marriott brand is designed for guests needing extended stay accommodations or living quarters. The TownePlace features unique amenities for the ‘do it yourself’ guest such as the ‘TowneMap’, our ‘In a Pinch’ on site market and ‘Info Perch’-filled with local magazines, newspapers and all the goings on in our area. With modern décor, 97 suites, each equipped with kitchens, guests will find it easy to live, work and play as a guest of our hotel. Other features are a ‘grab & go breakfast/waffle station, free wireless, LCD flat screen high definition TVs, and IPOD docking stations in every suite. And finally, at the end of the day, unwind in our state of the art fitness center, or enjoy the outdoor pool and BBQ grills. This hotel is pet-friendly. Candlewood Suites – Tulsa

The Candlewood Suites Tulsa opened in 2004 and was the first property for SJS Hospitality, LLC. This is an extended stay hotel that features complete kitchens in all 72 rooms. Designed to accommodate guests that stay weeks at a time, amenities include a business center, on site laundry, on site fitness center and wireless in all suites complimentary to our guests. This hotel also features the ‘Candlewood Cupboard’ a 24 hour on site convenience store on site as well. For our guests who would like to unwind after the day, we have a gazebo area and grills built for relaxation. Fairfield Inn & Suites – Tulsa Downtown

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown opened in winter of 2012 and is managed by SJS Hospitality LLC. The hotel is located in the heart of the Brady Arts District and within steps of an abundance of restaurants, entertainment and culture. The hotel offers an array of amenities, such as free on-site parking, indoor pool, complimentary wifi and breakfast. Located on the first floor is Prhyme Steakhouse, Laffa Medi-Eastern Restaurant, and Blu Lounge.
