She surprised our amazing staff with unicorn pop it toys and uplifting unicorn affirmations — a reminder that even on the toughest days, there’s still wonder, joy, and a little sparkle waiting to be shared.

Yesterday was National Handmade Day, and it felt like a gentle reminder that the smallest, most personal gestures carry the biggest meaning. Katie went around the office handing out handmade Irish clovers tucked with an Irish blessing, thanking every member of the team for the care, heart, and consistency you bring each day.
