About the Doctor

Dr. Bottem is a skilled and experienced plastic surgeon, with a medical degree in Ophthalmology and a fellowship in Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery. He is an accomplished doctor who has completed advanced training in both functional and cosmetic surgeries relating to the eyes, eyelids, and mid-facial structures, and he performs cataract procedures, as well. He offers cosmetic and functional enhancements such as Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, and various other facial fillers, too. He also offers VIORA Light Technology Laser treatments, and Micro-needling, for overall skin and body health, and imperfection corrections.

Dr. Bottem received his medical degree from Des Moines University, followed by a residency at Oklahoma State University, where he served as Chief Resident from 2006-07. In 2005-06, he received the Patrick Murray Award for the top Osteopathic resident in the country. He completed an Oculoplastics fellowship with Dr. Gerard Hunter at the Eye Institute in Tulsa in 2008-09.
