As the days get shorter and the air gets crisp, it's important to check in with yourself. Here are a few ways to take care of your mental health this fall:

🧣 Get Outside Daily – Even a 15-minute walk in the fresh air and fall colors can lift your mood.

☕️ Stick to a Routine – Shorter days can disrupt your schedule. Try to wake, eat, and sleep at consistent times.

📉 Watch for Seasonal Slumps – Feeling more tired or down than usual? You’re not alone. Talk to someone or consider light therapy if needed.

🍲 Nourish Your Body – Seasonal produce like squash, apples, and leafy greens are great for both your body and brain.

🧘 Make Time to Reflect – Journaling, meditation, or just quiet time can help you process emotions and stay grounded.
