🕒 Monday Minute with Custer Care 🕒
This week’s tip: Stay Hydrated! 💧

As we age, our sense of thirst naturally decreases, which means older adults are more likely to become dehydrated without realizing it. Even mild dehydration can cause confusion, dizziness, or fatigue.

💡 Tip: Aim for 6–8 glasses of water a day, and try adding lemon, cucumber, or berries if plain water isn’t appealing. Soups, fruits, and even herbal teas also count toward hydration!

Come visit our booth anytime between 4–7 PM to meet our friendly team, learn more about the services we provide, and enter to win one of two cozy baskets! We will have a few volunteers in our dunk tank that evening. Softballs will be 3/$5. The money raised will go towards the Melham Foundation.
