New Recovery Tools Added to Our Office! 😊

These instruments are used for scraping/ blading (also known as IASTM – Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). This technique helps:

• Reduce muscle tightness and tension
• Break up scar tissue and adhesions
• Increase blood flow to injured or sore areas
• Speed up the healing and recovery process
• Improve mobility and flexibility

Scraping and soft tissue mobilization are especially helpful for athletes, people with chronic muscle tightness, or those recovering from injury.
