Congratulations to our April Employee Spotlight of the Month, Avery Balchunas!
Avery is a CNA and has worked here at George Ade for four years. Our residents always smile and are happy when they know Avery will be taking care of them. He goes out of his way to make sure they are not only getting the best care but also engages with our residents in conversation to get to know them better. Our residents feel more comfortable at home knowing they have a caregiver who wants to know more about their lives and interests. Avery has been dependable for his fellow coworkers and has picked up many extra shifts lately to help, and that is greatly appreciated by us all. What began as a challenging recovery journey, has turned into a powerful story of strength and progress. After months of therapy, compassionate care, and unwavering support, John regained independence and confidence.
