REGULAR HOURS FOR TUESDAY, JAN 27!
Tomorrow, Total Care at the Lake will be open and resume normal clinic hours from 8am-5pm. If you have an appt, we will see you at your appt time!

📣 WEATHER ANNOUNCEMENT!
To keep our staff and patients safe, we have decided to close our clinic on Monday, Jan 26. For now, we will be open on Tuesday, but the final decision for Tuesday will be made on Monday at 2:00, so please follow us for updates!

The Rayburn/Brookeland area is beyond blessed with the medical emergency services in our area. No one ever wants to be in the position to need an emergency service, but knowing we have the resources our community needs is a vital part of our mission. We may all be different owned businesses, and may not always be involved in each other's calls or emergencies, but we are all here to serve you.

It's sick season, and our phones are ringing off the hook for sick visits!
We are proud of how clean and sanitized we keep our front lobby, to ensure we keep the spread of germs at a minimum.
We are also blessed to have a side waiting room, so when needed, we have a place for our patients with fever and more severe symptoms to wait, separate from others.
Germs and sickness are everywhere, and we are here to help you and your family with your acute, sick needs as much as possible.

We are saddened by the passing of Dr. Ron McMurry, not only the President of the Jasper Hospital District Board of Directors and a longtime family physician in Jasper, but our leader, our colleague, and our friend.

Under Dr. McMurry's leadership as our President, the Jasper Hospital District has undertaken significant projects to expand healthcare access. Most notably, the District opened two new clinics in 2024: the Primary Care Pavilion in Jasper and our office, Total Care at the Lake in Brookeland—marking the first time in the District's nearly 60-year history that it owned and operated its own medical clinics.

You will truly be missed, and your legacy will always be spoken of. Fly high, Dr. McMurry.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ✨
Starting January 5, 2026, Chris Gilchriest FNP-C will be working full time at the Primary Care Pavilion located at 227 East Milam Street, Jasper Texas. Their phone number to schedule appointments with Chris is 409-489-4300.

Chris will fill in time to time at our Total Care at the Lake office, when our amazing Terri Cheeley, PA-C takes off, but he will now be working Monday through Friday at the Jasper location starting in January.
